About Us
CenterPoint Human Services oversees public mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services in Forsyth, Stokes, Davie and Rockingham Counties and promotes the wellness, self-determination and recovery process. CenterPoint works closely with community partners, advocates and service providers to address the needs of all people in the communities we serve.
CenterPoint business operations include:
ACCESS, screening, triage and referral to services, consumer and county needs assessments, service authorizations, timely access to services, funding allocations, monitoring the System of Care, provider endorsement and monitoring, pharmaceutical Patient Assistance Program, and addressing concerns and complaints of consumers and others.
CenterPoint Human Services has national accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CenterPoint was granted a full three-year accreditation and received “exemplary” marks for two CenterPoint-driven programs. To find out more about CARF, click on the logo.
