Board Of Directors

The CenterPoint Human Services Board of Directors acts to plan, budget, implement, and monitor the support provided to disability consumers and their family members. The areas of care served by the Board are mental health (adult and child & family), developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services in Forsyth, Stokes, Davie and Rockingham Counties. The Board also seeks to represent the interests of its consumers and their family members and meet the diverse needs of the disability community. Toward that end, the Consumer & Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) is an open forum for consumers, family members, local supporters, and other interested individuals. An individual that contracts with a local management entity (LME) for the delivery of mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services may not serve on the board of the LME for the period during which the contract for services is in effect.

The CenterPoint Board of Directors includes appointed representatives from Forsyth, Stokes, Davie and Rockingham Counties. Representatives are required to attend 75% of the meetings per year.
