I Want To File A Complaint

CenterPoint and each service provider we contract with cares about providing people with exceptional customer service. We all care about how consumers and providers are treated and if you ever experience a situation where you feel it necessary to file a complaint, we are here to listen to your concern and will work with you through the resolution process.

Service Provider Complaints

If you have a complaint with your service provider you should first contact them and see if you can come to an acceptable conclusion.
