Operations Manual
The CenterPoint operations manual is a binding part of the Agreement or contract between the Area Authority and providers of Medicaid and State Funded services. The intent of this manual is to reference detailed information and where possible require the same statewide procedures as part of any agreement or contract between an Area Authority/County Program and a provider agency.
