Requests For Proposals

CenterPoint Human Services is a Local Management Entity (LME) created pursuant to Chapter 122C of the North Carolina General Statutes, and is the entity responsible for managing Mental Health, Developmental Disability and Substance Abuse services for residents in Forsyth, Stokes, Davie and Rockingham Counties, North Carolina.

CenterPoint contracts with service providers in North Carolina for services to children and adults, and is a centralized source of access for individuals and families who seek MH/DD/SA services/treatment, as well as supports to help consumers achieve their goals and to live as independently as possible. CenterPoint monitors the quality and effectiveness of services offered through our network of providers, assuring consumer choice and adequate availability. Partnerships with other community agencies are a valuable asset in delivering a comprehensive array of services, and we continue to work to develop new opportunities to meet service needs. Consumer and Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) members, and/or other consumer/family representatives and community stakeholders, participate in identification of needed services and selection of providers who are awarded funds through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Project New Hope RFP


CenterPoint seeks applicants for a Supported Housing Request For Proposal (RFP). The project, which we are calling Project New Hope, is a permanent supported housing initiative funded for 2 years with the possibility of continued funding after the initial 2 years.
